The Baldwin-Wallace College alumni baseball players will get together at Heritage Field this Saturday to cheer on the Yellow Jackets as they take on Marietta College in a critical Ohio Athletic Conference doubleheader.

The Baldwin-Wallace College alumni baseball players kicked off their 2008 “Home Runs for Heritage” fundraising campaign this week to help pay for the design and construction of a new press box at Heritage Field.

Baldwin-Wallace College hall of fame pitcher Curt Karpinski ’72 will be inducted into the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame on Friday at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Columbus.

The 2007 Baldwin-Wallace College baseball award winners were recognized between innings of the Yellow Jackets’ annual alumni baseball game at Heritage Field on Homecoming morning, October 13.
